Exercise

On this blog and others people have suggested exercise as a way of relieving sexual tension. This is in fact a very good idea though for me it is better at preventing tension than relieving it. When I come home from the gym I do not miss sex as much as I do when I have not been exercising. For the readers who “relate” to my problem I highly recommend it.

  1. Lulei demistafina, a friend of mine--who is much harsher than me--said, "I guarantee you that if this girl can't find a date she needs to go to the gym."

    Now I disagreed. BUT...

Is it possible that working out would relieve stress AND make you more attractive?

I can't believe it would hurt.

  2. Your friend was correct as you will see if you read my new post called My Fault?

The world is a harsh, unforgiving, and superficial place.

  3. Lulei demistafina, I would say that the world is OFTEN harsh, SOMETIMES unforgiving, and superficial ONLY TO A POINT.

Let one deal with the superficialities until the real beauty beneath has a chance to emerge.

PS: I'm not going to tell him he was right. I hate it when he's right all the damn time! :)

  4. When we work out, out body produces endorphins, which reduce stress, and give a sort of natural 'high'.
